- Reporting:
- Prepare valuations across the group of companies as required.
- Oversee reporting and governance for SPV's.
- Fully manage Investor due diligence processes.
- Loan analysis and management:
- Refinancing structures.
- Credit reviews and recommendations.
- Loan statement modelling and enhancement.
- Trailer fee structures, analysis, and presentation.
- Support the establishment of key performance indicators for the group.
- Process analysis, enhancement and implementation across the group of companies.
- Assist with the preparation of investment committee packs.
- Forecast modelling and structuring.
- Cash flow analysis.
- Consumption data analysis and performance reporting.
- Support the implementation and project planning of projects and initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the implementation of systems that help in streamlining data analysis processes and automating as much as possible.
- Provide adhoc analytics and data as required.
- Relevant undergrad degree majoring in finance.
- CFA would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience supporting similar activities in either an investment or banking environment.
- Able to write meaningful reports.
- Ability to work with complexity and being solution orientated.
