Job Description
  • Train and embed identified process improvements to the relevant service delivery teams to build consistent team capability.
  • Drive change management for all projects, transitions and deployments and transformation projects within GSS PS.
  • Work with GSS PS teams to identify skills gaps and make recommendations for individual development plan inclusions.
  • Drive the embedding of standardised global processes and technical skills to ensure consistent ways of working.
  • Perform on-going reviews as part of the CI Team to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Design, plan programs to address identified gaps for GSS PS teams.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training activities, course materials, standards, or visual training materials.
  • Work with Learning CoE and GSS L&D team to promote a learning culture.
  • Ensure transfer of skill by identifying gaps in knowledge management practice.
  • Embed best practice to enable service excellence.
  • To act as liaison between the GSS HR, Learning CoE and CI teams to set priorities, address technical concerns and determine feasibility of requests.
  • Monitor, evaluate and ensure training activities are captured on LMS for program effectiveness.
  • Build and develop individuals abilities and skills to ensure appropriate service delivery is maintained.
  • Deliver on effective communication and engagement for GSS People Services leadership and teams, for both internal (e.g. Townhalls) and external business facing engagement.
  • Working with Global Comms and Engagement and Admin Services Manager, develop a comms and engagement plan and calendar for People Services, incorporating AA Comms Principles.
  • Identify, develop and implement new ways of working, through change management principles, with the GSS PS teams to monitor and continue to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure quality and service standards are documented and maintained throughout the GSS PS teams and the services provided.
  • Identify, develop and implement best practice work processes across the GSS PS teams, adopting continuous review and improvement.
  • Onboarding of new team members into GSS PS processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
  • A relevant 3- year tertiary qualification in HR/ Business/Commerce Required.
  • A relevant post graduate qualification in HR/ Business/Commerce Advantageous.
Technical Knowledge:

  • 5 years Capability/Training related experience.
  • 3 years Change Management experience in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of systems relevant to the environment.
  • Change management Process Knowledge.
  • Technical Training.
  • Knowledge of adult based learning methodologies.
  • Proficient in relevant systems knowledge.
  • Be an expert in Training the trainer.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Shared Service environment.
  • Facilitation skills advanced level.
  • Have advanced knowledge in blended learning approaches.
  • Planning & prioritising competency Proficient level.
  • Investigative proficiency Proficient level.
  • Proficient understanding of legislation pertaining to field.
  • Expert in Project Management.
  • Advanced Influencing and Negotiating skills.
  • Advanced Communication across all levels and cultures.
