Your role
- Development of formulations related to sales projects.
- Reworking of existing formulations according to your market & sales needs.
- Answer to technical requests from Sales / Sales Support /Marketing.
- Technical training of customers and (new) colleagues in collaboration with Technical Director EAME, Technical Head AMET and Sales.
- Provide support in terms of formulation, samples, training and presenting at customer workshops, conferences, roadshows etc.
- Stability studies of own and top customers formulations.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate external stakeholders for consumer and product testing.
- Conduct external product testing in collaboration with stakeholders for consumer and product evaluations (skin, hair, scalp in-vivo test, challenge tests or other)
- Samples delivery from lab to customer.
- Prepare and submit reports on lab performance, project progress, and cost management.
- Technical degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology).
- Study / training course in cosmetics development, or other industry relevant subjects.
- Technical knowledge about the products (cosmetic ingredients, fragrances, sensory ingredients).
- Computer Skills.
- Business English.
- Minimum work experience of 3-4 years in R&D.
