About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our clients sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments for the Sales Team.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and driving consistent lead flow. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, fluent in English, and has prior experience working with a digital marketing agency.
Fluency in English is a must.

What youll be doing:
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce the agencys services and set sales appointments
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Qualify leads by asking strategic questions to assess fit for the agencys services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Track and report key performance metrics, including call volume, appointments booked, and conversion rates
- Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives, ensuring all relevant lead information is shared
- Confirm and send reminders for scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows
- Proactively conduct outreach and creatively fill the sales calendar, even during slower periods
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency (required)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing services
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
