Arcadia, Pretoria: LEGAL LITIGATION CLERK (LAW STUDENT)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional non BEE male (White male, as per firm’s current BEE requirements)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Currently 3rd or 4th year LLB student a must
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Eager and willing to learn
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General legal administration duties (Litigation)
-Travelling to High Court and Magistrate’s Court daily
-Issuing, serving and compiling legal documents
-Contacting, liaison and visiting with Sheriffs
Salary: ± R 6 000.00 gross
