Qualifications

• Matric
• A BCom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Business Investment.
• Experience in Banking, sales and marketing.

Duties

• Collaborate with the marketing division to create awareness of the company's Limited brand at an Area level.
• Conduct presentations on the company's product offering.
• Cultivate and build networks with various SME Stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, manage, and retain employees at the area office.
• Manage the investment process of the area office by screening and evaluating proposals, provide guidance on due diligence, review reports and manage credit risk levels of the book.
• Analyse and interpret annual financial statements and management accounts.
• Provide input and contribute to the decision-making process at various committee meetings.
• Proactive review of the area key performance indicators to maximise the areas performance levels.
• Collaborate with support functions such as marketing and postinvestment divisions to drive and improve the areas performance levels.
• Monitor income/expense responsibilities for the area office.
