Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager in Fasteners located in Pretoria. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and business development for fasteners within the assigned area, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring proper implementation of sales strategies to meet market demands. Continuous communication and collaboration with the team to provide technical expertise and solutions to customers will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of fasteners and industrial engineering products
- Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications clearly
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of predictive maintenance and application engineering is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, mining, or agricultural sectors is a plus
