Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, and branding initiatives.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, presentations, email templates, and website elements.
- Create digital and print materials for conferences and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Support senior designers and the creative director in executing brand-aligned content.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visuals enhance storytelling and user engagement.
- Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, art direction, or motion graphics (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or an agency).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience designing for paid media, social, and web with a focus on conversion.
- A data-driven approach to creative strategy and performance optimization.
