Part-Time Lecturing Posts Are For The Trimester 2 & 3 And Semester 2 Of The 2025 Academic Year. The Programmes Are To Be Offered By The College On Part-time Basis (classes Run On Weekdays In The Afternoon And Or On Weekends)
COMPUTER PRACTICE LECTURER (PL1) X2
LEVELS: REPORT 191 N4 N5
CAMPUS: ASHERVILLE

SALARY: R282.89 PER HOUR (TOTAL COST)
HOURS: N4-N6 MAXIMUM 60 HOURS ALLOCATED PER SEMESTER
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Three year qualification in Public Management /and or Business Studies (REQV 13)
- Advanced Teaching Diploma in TVT / Post Graduate Diploma TVET / Diploma in Secondary or Higher Education
- Valid SACE registration
- Teaching experience will be an added advantage
- Sound subject knowledge and work-related applications
- Be able to teach Computer Practice subject from N4 N5
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to teach fully online using the College LMS and MS Teams
- Customer care; leadership skills; assertiveness; good record keeping and administrative skills; be a team player, have passion for learning and teaching; as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teaching and learning delivery
- Assess and evaluate student progress
- Monitor student attendance
- Maintain student attendance and performance records
- Creating classroom environment conducive to teaching and learning
- Provide feedback to students regarding their performance and progress
- Invigilation duties.
