Are you ready to take on a hands-on role at the heart of our operations? Were looking for a proactive and safety-conscious individual to operate, inspect, and maintain our asphalt plant, ensuring top-quality material production that meets Heidelberg Materials high standards.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Plan & Prepare: Youll help plan daily production based on customer needs and plant capabilities.
- Operate with Precision: Start-up, shut-down, and optimise plant performance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Inspect & Maintain: Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on both static and mobile plant equipment keeping everything safe and efficient.
- Drive & Deliver: Operate mobile plant machinery including Front-End Loaders (FEL) and dumpers to move materials and feed the plant.
- Fuel the Flow: Refuel machines and ensure all operations are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
- Record & Report: Keep accurate records to support site management and compliance.
- Experience operating mobile plant machinery (FEL/dumpers)
- A proactive approach to safety and maintenance
