- Inspect and certify perishable products
- Inspect the handling, storage and transportation of perishable products
- Perform administrative tasks
- Communicate with various clients on own specific task and outcomes of decisions
- participate in relief duty roster
- Accept the responsibility of continuous self-improvement in their area of responsibility according to the PPECB performance framework
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- A minimum of two seasons as a contract assessor at PPECB
- Specialist competency in container loading normal and temperature monitoring.
- A valid code EB/ 08 drivers license with own reliable transport is a must for this opportunity
- Exposure with a completed POE in any of the cold chain disciplines, other than Container Loading and Temperature Monitoring, will be to the candidates advantage
- Computer literacy
