New bakery in Atlantic Seaboard is seeking an assistant baker to join their growing team.
Job requirements:
- Candidates must be driven and passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Well presented.
- Previous experience a help but not crucial.
- Salary dependent on your skills and abilities.
- You will also be provided transportation to Cape Town Station in the morning, if required.
- All necessary working documentation will be required.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to our bakers in our bakery in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
- Clean and maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
- Assist bakers in operating baking machineries and implements.
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
- Assist bakers in baking and preparations of bread, and other items.
- Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
- Night shifts might be required but transportation will be offered to work in the evenings.
