Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant based in Sandton. The Assistant will support daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing organizational support activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, handling correspondence, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring efficient office procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to varying tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
