Assistant Manager Designate

As an Assistant Designate Manager, you will be required to work in all departments as part of a Designate programme prior to appointment as an Assistant Manager.

You will be tasked with managing departments, such as Fresh Foods, Administration, Sales and Non Foods in order to ensure effective operational functioning and delighting our customers. Including but not limited to: Ensuring effective merchandising in the store, ensuring production according to system, ensuring stock availability, managing wastage in all departments, ensuring effective housekeeping, health & safety and managing staff.
