This role is suited for a candidate with experience in a clearing/forwarding company or similar.
Part of your duties includes:
- Submitting clients quotations
- Dealing with rates
- Sending out quotations to overseas agents
- Requesting quotations from overseas shipping lines
- Distributing of schedules
- Ensuring files are in order of imports goods
- Handling documentations
- Compiling monthly reports on goods imported
- Distributing of freight tariffs to clients
- Rates sheets updates
