Job Description

Responsibility of maintaining and inspecting transport vehicles effectively, carry out running repairs, breakdowns and assist transport administrator with related administrative duties.

• You will be responsible for doing daily vehicle inspections.
• Day to day vehicle running repairs.
• Assisting with breakdown repairs to vehicles.
• Performing standby duties
• Assisting with refuelling duties
• Ensuring that Health & Safety practices are always adhered to.
• On job training when required.
• Any day to day transport related Adhere duties.

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid code 10 drivers licence with PrDP required

Experience Requirements

• 3-4 years' experience as the workshop assistant.
• Commercial Vehicle mechanical related experience essential.
• Auto-electrical experience (advantageous)
