- Developing all aspects of the management of a Rearing and Laying Farm;
- Achieving Breeder Farm standards;
- Providing relief for Breeder Farm Managers;
- Managing staff on the farm;
- Auditing and controlling farm biosecurity;
- Conducting daily training of employees.
- B.Sc. Agric Degree or Diploma in Agriculture;
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills;
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage;
- Must have valid drivers license;
- Must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;
- A passion for implementing 20 Keys is essential;
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
