Office Administrator

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
