Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. They will oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process, from product design and development to manufacturing and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate product quality at every stage of production
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Work closely with production teams to address any quality issues that arise
- Analyze data and create reports on quality metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in quality management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in quality management (such as Six Sigma or ASQ) preferred
