This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Attendant based in Cape Town. As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their stay. You will also assist with reservations, provide information about the property and local area, and help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage guest bookings and maintain accurate records
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with property management software or similar systems
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Opera PMS
