Simpsons Attorneys Inc. is looking for an ambitious, independent Attorney to join our highly successful team and vibrant organisation.
The successful candidate must:
- Have a minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in only or mainly personal injury
- Be able to work under pressure as a part of a cohesive team
- Portray a high level of detail orientation and high level of professionalism
- Have the ability to use own initiative and seek a challenging working environment
- Demonstrate a pro-active and confident approach to work ethic
- Be an achievement-orientated self-starter who display autonomy and grit
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans (3rd Additional Language would be advantageous) with a wide range of staff and clients
Conditions:
- Right of appearance
- Wide-ranging knowledge of and interest in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Litigation
- Completed LLB or equivalent Tertiary Education
- Willingness and ability to travel – Own vehicle and valid Divers’ License is essential
Duties and responsibilities:
- Closely assist Directors with core functions of the business
- Working directly with clients to develop and maintain great client relationships
- Conducting research and investigations to ensure success rate of matters and profitability
