- Support the day to day management of account(s)
- Support monthly business meetings with account(s) and sales director/regional wholesale leader to review performances
- Take partner orders, consolidate feedback, order entry, prepare and send order confirmations
- Ensure that partner orders are compliant with quantity & price agreements, and that there's enough stock to answer to the orders
- New account set ups and link with the distribution centre for end to end process on compliance and shipping
- Ensure that all the commitments are reached
- Compile weekly figures by account
- Create cost price sheets per product, per partner, ensuring a mutually sustainable level of margin
- Review the performances per product in the range and adapt when necessary to manage availability/profitability
- Support with weekly replenishment and dropship performance
- Work within the wholesale project team to help to define processes & tools to boost efficiency within the business
- Negotiating and follow up merchandising
- Co-build the permanent, seasonal offer according to the global sales, market demands, and partners capacity
- Experience in wholesale operations, account support, or sales administration.
- Experience in order processing, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in a distribution environment.
