Teltonika South Africa Limited, a subsidiary of Teltonika IoT Group, is seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Midrand, South Africa, with a focus on selling IoT products. - Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Champion the launch and expansion of our devices to the South African market.
- Reach out to new clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
- Prepare commercial offers and contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Attend exhibitions and meetings to represent Teltonika and its products.
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Are fluent in English.
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales or 3+ years of B2C experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Have an organized and results-oriented approach and a challenge-driven personality.
- Have the ambition to expand local B2B opportunities in the market with our innovative product.
- Have successfully obtained a minimum of National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Have critical thinking skills and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Have the ability to tackle challenges and are results-oriented.
- Have experience working with a CRM system.
- Have experience or exposure to launching new products in the market.
- Are interested in or have knowledge of the IoT industry.
We offer an attractive base salary ranging from R15 000 - R25 000, based on your skillset and expertise in the field, as well as a competitive commission structure. Additional benefits include unlimited commissions, a 50% contribution to medical aid (up to R3 000), a 10% contribution to your provident fund, group life and disability income benefits, and paid parental benefits (maternity, paternity, and commissioning leave), based on your tenure in the company. All benefits are subject to a successful probation period.
