The Role
Were looking for a high-energy B2B Telesales Executive to join our Client Engagement Team in Cape Town. Your sole mission is to secure high-quality appointments with UK-based decision makers for our UK Business Development Managers to close.
This is a pure outbound, phone-based role requiring resilience, charm, discipline, and a strong understanding of structured sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound B2B calls per day using an auto-dialler
- Achieve 20+ meaningful conversations per day (120 minutes+ talk time) with decision makers
- Confidently navigate gatekeepers and reach senior stakeholders
- Work within a scripted framework, while sounding natural, credible, and engaging
- Handle objections professionally and persuasively
- Secure a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day for UK-based BDMs
- Maintain a 65%+ appointment attendance rate
- Log accurate and detailed call notes in the CRM
- Maintain laser focus on the single outcome: booking the appointment
- Take ownership of performance once onboarded and continuously improve conversion rates
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling to UK companies
- Demonstrable success getting past gatekeepers
- Strong objection-handling capability
- Confident, articulate phone manner with genuine charm and professionalism
- Comfortable working to high activity and performance targets
- Experience using auto-diallers and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
