- Keep a 30-day content calendar up to date and flag gaps early.
- Design quick-turn graphics and short videos in Canva or CapCutno agency delays.
- Reply to DMs and comments to keep the community engaged.
- Track basic metrics (opens, clicks, follows, views) in Google Sheets and share a weekly recap.
- Maintain tidy lists in the CRM and tag contacts for future campaigns.
- 02 years in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships count).
- Comfortable writing short-form copy that feels human and on-brand.
- Basic hands-on time with any email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Canva or CapCut and a portfolio link with at least two samples.
- Organizedable to juggle multiple posts, drafts, and deadlines without dropping balls.
- Fluent written English.
- Exposure to SMS tools or WhatsApp marketing.
- Familiarity with AI helpers like ChatGPT for first-draft copy.
- Beginners grasp of Zapier or Make automations.
- Spanish or Portuguese for social replies.
