Large food/grocery store is looking for an experienced bakery manager at its store in Northern Suburbs of Durban.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing staff
- Driving sales and gross profits
- Health and safety
- Stock management
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Admin related to bakery
- The position will ideally suit someone with at least 3-4 years at bakery management level and who has a good appreciation of the retail industry.
