Restaurant and Hotel Noordhoek is looking for young & energetic hands-on bar manager to run our awesome bar.
Job requirements:
- Have a passion for the industry, be ambitious, a team player and be very hands on.
- Have some managerial experience
- Have relevant service industry background* Have sound Spirit, Cocktail, wine and food knowledge
- Have basic Computer Knowledge, word, Outlook and excel
- Have leadership abilities
- Be well spoken and presentable
- Have their own transport
- This position is suited to a young passionate, dedicated individual who wants to grow.
- Must be familiar with FOH and BOH procedures, but training will be provided.
