Job Title: Qualified Barber (Afrikaans Speaking)

Working Days: 5–6 days per week
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified, experienced barber to join our team in Pretoria East, Lynnwood. This position offers a basic salary with the opportunity to earn additional commission through services and product sales.

Commission on number of cuts/services completed
Commission on product sales
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barber services, including:
Men’s cuts, fades, tapers, and styling
Beard trimming and shaping
Maintain a professional and friendly client experience
Keep your workstation clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
Keep the shop neat and presentable
Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
Promote and sell retail products where appropriate
Work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive shop atmosphere
Minimum Requirements
Must be a qualified barber
Must be able to speak Afrikaans
Must have own barber tools and equipment
Good hygiene, punctuality, and strong customer service skills
Ability to work 5–6 days per week
Reliable and trustworthy
Interview & Assessment Process
Selected candidates will be invited for an interview
A test cut / test day will be required to assess skill level
Successful candidates will be appointed with a probation period
