Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, All Rounder, located in multiple locations. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace, and fostering positive interactions with customers. The successful candidate will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment through their skills and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills with experience in preparing and serving various coffee beverages - MUST HAVE 2 years experience.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure positive guest experiences
- Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Food Preparation experience to assist in preparing and presenting menu offerings
- Passion for the coffee industry and a dynamic, enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles
