- Regularly clean and sanitize the work area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling efforts.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
- Place orders for new stock and manage deliveries.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues to management.
- Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
- Set up, operate, and manage the mobile coffee bar at Tsebo beverage events.
- Drive the mobile bar vehicle to events as and when required (valid drivers license essential).
- Transport equipment and supplies to various event locations.
- Ensure smooth service delivery during events, maintaining high standards of quality and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with event staff and clients to meet specific service needs.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
- Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of brewing techniques
