Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
8 years of project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 or any project management certification
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Plan, execute, and deliver projects in accordance with strict deadlines, scope and within budget, this includes coordinating the efforts of team members
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Use best practices and methods to estimate resources needed to achieve project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Successfully deliver projects within Scope, Time and Budget while maintaining a Quality results
Compile End to End project documentation for the assigned project
Proactive engagement all project stakeholders and escalation when required
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team early
