Key Responsibilities
- Bid Process Management: Manage the entire bid process, ensuring colleagues understand their responsibilities and deadlines, and bids are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Bid Development/Supplier Questionnaires: Review bids and complete our responses to supplier questionnaires and supporting documentation, including agency policies and company information.
- Collaboration: Work with the Creative Bid Strategist and key members of the leadership, craft, and account teams to gather the necessary knowledge and resources to support outstanding bids.
- Content Quality Input: Support the content quality of AIPete, AIPs bid AI solution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to clients and other stakeholders queries before, during, and after the bid process.
- Bid Portal Management: Upload and download documentation and clarifications via tender portals and circulate key information internally.
- Continuous Improvement: Review scored bids, gather feedback, analyse results, and implement learnings to improve future submissions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that everything we produce and submit during the bid process reflects our best values and meets our high standards.
- Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using bid management software and tools.
