Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Manager Information Management and Billing and will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
- Develop a random sample to audit airlines.
- Engage with airlines to obtain load sheets Communicate.
- Review and analyse difference between information submitted and load sheet.
- Manage and coordinate with airline on difference.
- Meet deadline for audit submissions.
- Report on audit performed with explanations for variances.
- Ensure quality of input information from Apron Office.
- Follow up on outstanding information.
- Tracks and monitors the airline who do not have accounts with airport.
- Ensure airlines without accounts details are found and follows to for billing post period.
- Packaging ideas and proposals.
- Compile and present proposals on infrastructure and process optimisation.
- Compile monthly activity progress reports.
- Populate specialised data reports for airline and airport community stakeholders.
- Pax audit report.
- Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.
- Provide relevant and specialised technical support to relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives.
The following skills and experience will be required:
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 is essential.
- 1-2 years relevant Operational experience is essential.
- Drivers License code B is essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
