Integration Specialist

Responsibilities: o Integration Design: Design integration strategies for connecting the new Enterprise Project Management Solution with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR software). o System Interfaces: Define data flows, APIs, and protocols for system-to-system communication, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms. o Data Mapping & Transformation: Map data fields between systems and define any necessary data transformations. o Troubleshooting & Testing: Work with the QA Lead to ensure that all integrations are thoroughly tested, resolving any integration issues. o Collaboration with Solution Architect: Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the integrations are aligned with the overall solution design and architectural standards. o Monitoring & Support: After implementation, monitor the integrations to ensure that they function correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise

RequirementsEducational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Professional Certifications:
• Integration-specific certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing API integrations and data mapping strategies.
• Familiarity with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and SOAP/REST.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, and API management.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving integration issues.
• Ability to collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration
