- Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring accurate allocation to appropriate accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and provide documentation for tax filings or audits.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for reporting and compliance.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of accrual accounting principles.
- Proficiency in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
