Calling FMCG experienced Bookkeepers to join a dynamic and exciting company in the WC region.

Our client in the FMCG sector, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment and is committed to financial accuracy and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen (local applicants only)
• Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a FMCG environment
• Experience with OMNI | GAAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly cashbook management and reconciliations
• Full Creditors Clerk function: capturing invoices (PO to invoice conversion) and performing supplier reconciliations
• Loading supplier payments on the bank platform
• Assisting with stock and inventory reconciliations, including monthly spot checks
• Maintaining the general ledger and preparing monthly financial reports
• Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintaining audit readiness
