Requirements
- 12 years in a technical support or helpdesk role (entry-level acceptable with certifications).
- CompTIA A+ (essential for hardware/software troubleshooting).
- CompTIA Network+ (network fundamentals).
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop
- Administrator Associate (Windows environment).
- HDI Desktop Support Technician (optional but valuable).
- Exposure to IT asset management and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Software installation and configuration.
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
