Job description

Key Responsibilities
       Install and configure hardware and software.
       Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
       Set up and maintain computer networks.
       Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
       Perform system upgrades and updates.
       Perform data backup and recovery operations.
       Ensure data security and implement necessary security measures.
       Install and configure printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
       Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
       Assist in the setup and configuration of servers.
       Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures.
       Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
       Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment.
       Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
       Manage IT related projects from start to finish.
       Be well versed in the Microsoft Online security posture and end point management.

Minimum Requirement
       IT related qualification.
       Microsoft Certificate or enrolled.
       MS online security certificate.
       Grade 12.
       Valid drivers license.
       Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.
       Approachable and hard working.
