Branch Manager

Were a world-leading smart mobility tech company with over 2, 175000 subscribers across 24 countries, and were looking for a Branch Manager to manage the operations of our team based at our Bloemfontein Branch.

Description

• Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets
• Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
• Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all go-to-market channels, i.e. Dealerships, Commercial and Insurance)

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
• Tertiary education (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years in both an operational / sales environment
• Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
• Ability to manage a diverse team
• Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
