- Hierarchy Management (Outlook/System)
- Update the system hierarchy as necessary
- Actively manage and monitor Statements of Work (SOVs)
- Back Office Management Stock and Systems
- Ensure the maintenance of optimal stock levels at all times, by conducting daily stock counts in order to ensure and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure effective booking of stock Maintain and manage key control and handover protocols.
- Drive and manage device insurance in accordance with the asset register.
- Oversee and manage the overall appearance of the back office in accordance with standards and professional expectations
- Orders, Quality Assurance, VS and VDOCS|Ensures that all orders have been checked prior to the issuing of stock.
- Review the open order report on a daily basis.
