Insyne’ Marketing is a company located in Roodepoort. We are currently actively looking to hire entry level salesman to become a part of our winning team. We are well established and render sales looking like the managers in the stores as we offer growth to managerial level. We are not like typical sales companies where you don’t see any growth, we have 4 levels of growth above entry level. We have sales man in our company occupying different positions based on performance. The company promotes from within and if you have entrepreneurial goals, this is where to start. We start at entry level and all individuals, based on performance have the opportunity to proceed to the following levels, namely;
- Core man
- Crew leader
- Assistant manager
And then hopefully you will be the next manager starting your own division of the company.
With these results, we are thus looking for people who are determined, hardworking and are not afraid of facing challenges. We need fighters; people who want to reach their goals given whichever opportunity that comes as we do not support slacking or rather laziness. This part of the business requires lively, energetic and outgoing people.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
- Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, and weekends.
- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job
Education and experience:
- Matric is essential
No experience required as free training will be provided
