Duties
Update customer profiling records for sales documentation
Offer assistance to customers, welcome and greet them
Suggest items, direct customers by leading them to counters and racks
Provide details on products in making customer reach a conclusive decision
Assist customer make selection by building confidence, offering options and suggestions
Process payment checks, credit cards and totaling purchase orders
update customers sales of future merchandise of potential interest
Accomplish related result by contributing to team effort
Skills and Attributes
Grade 12
Minimum exp 1-3 years
Excellent communication skill
Excellent Listener
Product knowledge
