To assist with the claims audit process and ongoing monitoring on Outsource, Broker Binder Business Partners and UMAs.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- FAIS Completed RE5 Certificate and Credits (60 credits)
- Possessing an insurance-related qualification is advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in claims oversight and audit management
- A comprehensive understanding of non-life short term insurance
- A comprehensive knowledge of non-life short-term insurance claims processes and associated complexities
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to work in Word and Excel
- General office administration knowledge
- Must be able to handle pressurized environments
- Requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
- Basic system operating knowledge essential
- Audit and monitor monthly reports, float recons and bordereaux requests
- Provide consistent monitoring and evaluation of Outsource business, Broker Binder business and UMAs portfolios
- Fundamental proficiency in system operations is essential
- Provide support to all GGI internal stakeholder where required.
- Maintaining and building relationships with Outsource, Broker Binder Business and UMA Partners
- Conduct Due Diligence reviews on new partners.
- Compiling, tracking and management of audit findings
- Recommend and guide the implementation of appropriate measures in line with all audit findings
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder engagements within various internal and external divisions and partners
- Must be capable of working independently
