Responsibilities And Duties
- Introduction of new business and maintenance of existing business
- Assisting clients to find the most appropriate medical aid cover based on an assessment of their needs
- Weekly/Monthly reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both in an office and to travel for business
- Matric / Grade 12
- Sales certificate or training (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with Medical Aid and Cap cover
- Completed Regulatory Examinations (RE5) and 120 FAIS credits (advantageous)
- Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- A customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to comply with company policies
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
