Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Own transport.
- Computer literate.
Job resposibilities:
- Daily building maintenance, cleaning, general renovations, repairs and painting.
- Basic emergency and minor maintenance repairs - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, painting, glazing.
- Receive and dispatch emails, stock sheets.
- Ordering and Stock control and inventory.
- Supervising other staff.
