We have a job vacancy for Building Site Agent specialising in Low Cost Housing to work at Construction Company based in Port Shepstone.
Duties:
- Manage site foreman and site staff;
- Manage and liaise with sub-contractors;
- Prepare and monitor work programmes;
- Liaise with the professional team;
- Report to Principal Agent on progress;
- Ensure high quality of work at all times;
- Monitor health and safety;
- Report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate;
- It would be an added advantage if the applicant possesses a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering.
