About The Role

The Business Analyst role is within a fast-paced payments environment. The team is primarily focused on technical aspects, particularly integration, processing of payments and requires someone who can manage stakeholders effectively and create detailed process flows and documentation. The team is open to candidates from various locations and industries, provided they have relevant payments experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst
• Ability to create detailed process flows and documentation
• JIRA exposure
• Flexibility to understand both business and technical aspects, with a focus on the technical side
• Payments experience which is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Working on integration projects, ensuring that new systems integrate smoothly with existing ones by understanding requirements from different tech teams.
• Managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Potentially mentoring or guiding less experienced team members

Minimum Education

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis
