Position: Business Analyst
Roles Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborating with project teams to implement solutions. The Business Analyst will also conduct research, gather data, and handle all frontline technical support queries from internal users.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2-5 years job-related experience of which 2+ years should be as a Business and/or Systems Analyst.
- Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to gather and analyze Business Requirements
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with software requirements documentation and testing is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficient in SQL, and MySQL.
Remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience.
