Looking for a business and operations manager to join a leading and growing water purification company.
Job responsibilities:
- Overall management and motivation of a team of 14 staff and growing.
- Reporting directly to the owner of the business, your key goals are to optimize productivity, sales, staff morale, costs and ultimately profitability.
Job requirements:
- Our business has three sectors; retail, deliveries and technical services. We are in the service and sales sector and experience in these areas is essential.
- Experience in logistics, stock control, staff management, IT technical backup, business systems, procedures and statistics essential.
- Experience in retail and the water purification industry would be advantageous.
