- Understand the customers business
- Grow basket and spend of assigned customers
- Manage GP% of assigned customers
- Grow network and manage distributors
- Bring on and develop new customers per agreed targets
- Reduce excess/slow moving stock per agreed targets
- Propose clear and practical recommendations on product development
- Excellent technical understanding of the industrys products, the Companys product portfolio, and the uses of these products to serve in a customers business
- Provide clear, intelligible and relevant feedback on the market plus clear conclusions and tactics to maximize market share, sustainability and profitability
- Clear plan on fabricator vs distributor network
- Understand customers business and craft an open, communicative and sound relationship
- Active custodian of the companies core values on a daily basis in all circumstances
- Clear and consistent feedback to line manager
- Close working relationship with Internal Sales team
- Own a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Individual accountability
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable generating leads, proposing services, and closing deals.
- Candidate must have demonstrable aluminum window and door hardware industry sales experience
- Basic - R35, 000 depending on experience
- Incentive policy: 13th and 14th cheques included in December pay run and dependent upon Company and personal performance as measured vs specific KPIs

- Car allowance: Approximately R6, 500. This allowance is intended solely to cover work-related travel expenses, including vehicle maintenance, and is not designed to provide a net take-home benefit. It serves as a practical tool to enable the effective execution of the role. Car allowances are reviewed and adjusted every six months as the role evolves, and may be reviewed monthly should there be significant changes in fuel prices.
